How to read a TGPRB / TSLPRB notification (and when to open TGPSC)

Recruitment notices are long. This guide is a reading checklist — not a substitute for the PDF. Trust only tgprb.in for TSLPRB police recruitments and tgpsc.gov.in for TGPSC services.

Checklist

1. 1. Board + notification number

Confirm the PDF is from tgprb.in (TSLPRB) or tgpsc.gov.in (TGPSC). Note the Rc / notification number so you can re-check updates.

2. 2. Posts & vacancies

Which cadres / posts are notified (e.g. PC, SI, or Group services). Vacancy tables change by cycle — read the live PDF, do not memorise an old blog table.

3. 3. Eligibility

Education band, age limits, local candidate rules, and any physical standards. PrajaPrep exam hubs are for practice — the PDF decides eligibility.

4. 4. Selection stages

Written test (PWT / CBT / papers), physical tests, medical, certificates. Know which stage you are preparing for before you pick a mock length.

5. 5. Paper pattern & marking

Question count, duration, languages, negative marking, and whether skip is zero. Match practice to the live scheme — in-app scoring is for practice until confirmed.

6. 6. Syllabus annexure

Topic headings in the annexure / scheme PDF. Use PrajaPrep syllabus maps as checklists, then verify every heading against the official annexure.

7. 7. How to apply + fees

Portal steps, fee amounts, and payment windows live only in the notice / board portal.

8. 8. Dates & updates

Apply window, exam date, hall ticket, and key release — when published — appear on the board site. If a blog or coaching flyer disagrees with the PDF, the PDF wins.

After you finish the PDF

• Open the matching PrajaPrep exam hub (Constable, SI, Group 4, …) for practice maps.
• Take a free Telugu timed mock if your exam has one.
• Keep daily 20 for habit; use district rank as motivation, not as a board result.
