24 సెప్టెంబర్ 2026 PIB ప్రకటన ప్రకారం 25 సెప్టెంబర్ 2014న ప్రారంభమైన Make in India పన్నెండేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకుంది. Make in India 2.0 కింద 27 రంగాలు (15 తయారీ, 12 సేవలు). 2022-23 నుంచి 2025-26 వరకు స్థిర ధరల వద్ద Manufacturing GVA CAGR 10.88%; April–July 2026లో IIP manufacturing గత సంవత్సరం కంటే 7.0% పెరిగింది. ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ ఉత్పత్తి 2014-15లో సుమారు ₹1.9 లక్షల కోట్ల నుంచి 2025-26లో సుమారు ₹13.11 లక్షల కోట్లకు; స్వదేశీ రక్షణ ఉత్పత్తి FY 2025-26లో రికార్డు ₹1.78 లక్షల కోట్లు. A PIB release dated 24 September 2026 marks that Make in India, launched on 25 September 2014, has completed twelve years. Under Make in India 2.0 it covers 27 sectors (15 manufacturing, 12 services). Manufacturing GVA at constant prices showed a 10.88% CAGR during 2022-23 to 2025-26; IIP manufacturing rose 7.0% in April–July 2026 over the year-earlier period. Electronics production grew from about ₹1.9 lakh crore in 2014-15 to about ₹13.11 lakh crore in 2025-26; indigenous defence production reached a record ₹1.78 lakh crore in FY 2025-26. Supporting platforms cited include NSWS, PLI, PM GatiShakti and the India Industrial Land Bank.

23 సెప్టెంబర్ 2026న National Statistics Office (NSO), MoSPI Domestic Tourism Expenditure Survey (NSS 80వ రౌండ్, జూలై 2025–జూన్ 2026) ఫలితాలను ‘Domestic Tourism in India’ నివేదికలో విడుదల చేసింది. గత 365 రోజుల్లో holidaying, pilgrimage, health, shopping రాత్రిపూట ట్రిప్ల్లో 100లో సుమారు 48 తీర్థయాత్ర/మత ప్రయోజనం; తర్వాత ఆరోగ్యం/వైద్యం. గత 30 రోజుల business/social/education ట్రిప్ల్లో సామాజిక సందర్శనలు సుమారు 89%. ఆ 30 రోజుల సెట్లో సగటు ఖర్చు ఎక్కువ business ట్రిప్లపై (₹5,949). 365 రోజుల సెట్లో ఆరోగ్య/వైద్య ట్రిప్లు ఖరీదైనవి (గ్రామీణ ₹29,454; పట్టణ ₹41,649). visitor-trip వాటాలో ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ అగ్రం (15.7%).
On 23 September 2026 the National Statistics Office (NSO), MoSPI released findings of the Domestic Tourism Expenditure Survey (NSS 80th round, July 2025–June 2026) in the report ‘Domestic Tourism in India’. Among overnight trips completed in the last 365 days for holidaying, pilgrimage, health and shopping, about 48 of 100 were for pilgrimage & religious purposes, followed by health & medical. Among last-30-day overnight trips for business, social, education and others, social visits were about 89%. Business trips had the highest average household expenditure (₹5,949) in that 30-day set. Health & medical trips were the costliest in the 365-day set (rural ₹29,454; urban ₹41,649). Uttar Pradesh led visitor-trip share (15.7%) in the 365-day set.

23 సెప్టెంబర్ 2026 RBI A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 22 (RBI/2026-2027/269) ప్రకారం AD Category-I బ్యాంకులకు తెలిపింది: Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) మాల్దీవుల ప్రభుత్వంతో (ఒప్పందం 25 జూలై 2025) అభివృద్ధి ప్రాజెక్టులకు భారత ప్రభుత్వ మద్దతు Line of Credit ₹4,850 కోట్లు కలిగి ఉంది. LoC 27 ఆగస్టు 2026 నుంచి అమలు. అర్హ ఒప్పందాల్లో వస్తువులు/పనులు/సేవల్లో కనీసం 75% భారత్ నుంచి సరఫరా (25% విదేశం నుంచి కావచ్చు). umbrella LoC కింద వ్యక్తిగత క్రెడిట్ ఒప్పందాలు కనీసం ₹500 కోట్లు. ఆదేశాలు FEMA సెక్షన్లు 10(4), 11(1) కింద.
RBI A.P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 22 dated 23 September 2026 (RBI/2026-2027/269) informs AD Category-I banks that Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has a Government of India–supported Line of Credit of ₹4,850 crore with the Government of the Republic of Maldives (agreement 25 July 2025) for developmental projects. The LoC became effective on 27 August 2026. At least 75% of each eligible contract’s goods, works and services must be supplied from India (25% may be from outside). Individual credit agreements under the umbrella LoC will each be for a minimum ₹500 crore. Directions are under FEMA sections 10(4) and 11(1).

23 సెప్టెంబర్ 2026 తెలంగాణ స్టేట్ పోర్టల్ ప్రెస్ రిలీజ్ ప్రకారం ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్కతో కలిసి MCR HRD Institute బోధి పెవిలియన్లో ఇంధన శాఖను సమీక్షించి, దసరా లోపు యాదాద్రి థర్మల్ విద్యుత్ కేంద్రం పూర్తి స్థాయి ఉత్పత్తి చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. అధికారులు G-9 గ్రేడ్ బొగ్గు అవసరమని, సింగరేణిలో అది లేదని, సమీప భవిష్యత్తులోనూ అవకాశం లేదని చెప్పారు; యాదాద్రికి బొగ్గు రవాణాతో రాష్ట్రంపై సుమారు ₹40,000 కోట్ల అదనపు భారం అని తెలిపారు. A Telangana State Portal press release dated 23 September 2026 reports that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, reviewed the Energy Department at the Bodhi Pavilion, MCR HRD Institute, and directed full-scale generation at Yadadri Thermal Power Plant before Dasara. Officials said the plant needs G-9 grade coal, which Singareni does not produce and is unlikely to soon; coal transport to Yadadri was said to load about ₹40,000 crore extra on the State. The Deputy CM was asked to discuss G-9 supply with Union Coal Minister G. Kishan Reddy, and officials were told to start procurement from Mahanadi Coalfields and Coal India, keep power to lift-irrigation pumps uninterrupted, and run all thermal stations at full capacity.
