Who we are

PrajaPrep is an independent practice app for Telangana government-job exam preparation. We are not affiliated with TSLPRB, TGPSC, or any government body.

What we collect

• Email address for OTP sign-in
• Profile basics you choose (name, district, exam skin, language)
• Practice attempts, scores, and progress needed to show district rank and history
• For Plus, the order and payment reference from our payment provider (Razorpay). Card and UPI details go to the provider directly; we never see or store them.
• Feedback notes and Ask questions you send us, with a daily usage count

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not collect your location, contacts, or device identifiers. The Android app is the same website in a Trusted Web Activity; it adds no data collection of its own.

How we use it

To run daily practice, district rank, Learn progress, billing for Plus, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data. We do not claim official status with any board.

Cookies & local storage

We use cookies / local storage for session, language preference, and PWA install state. Analytics cookies may be used when measurement is enabled.

Retention

Practice history is kept while your account exists so your rank and progress work. OTP codes expire within minutes and are not kept. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time: open Me (నేను) in the app or on the website and tap Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, every test attempt, your ranks, Learn progress, feedback notes and Plus status. Any active Plus subscription is cancelled. There is no recovery.

If you cannot sign in, email support@prajaprep.com from the address you registered with and we will delete the account within 7 days. See also our account deletion page.
